Welcome to the IACP’s Discover Policing Mentoring Center – a place where current and future law enforcement professionals can connect and establish relationships that foster personal and professional growth and development.

This resource is designed to serve individuals in all law enforcement agencies throughout their careers – from aspiring cadets to veteran officers and chief executives. Anyone can register to be a mentee, and any experienced current or former officer can serve as a mentor.

The IACP’s Discover Policing Mentor Center is also the home of the New Police Chief Mentoring Project. Police executives from agencies who serve a population of 50,000 or less may qualify for additional resources through this program. Click here for additional resources and information.
